Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans with a focus on daily operational execution.
- Organize and manage marketing operations to ensure effective coordination among all activities.
- Design and oversee promotional campaigns, public relations initiatives, and multi-channel marketing efforts.
- Analyze sales performance across all marketing channels to inform strategic decision-making.
- Cultivate relationships with strategic partners to further marketing objectives.
- Manage inventory forecasting and its coordination.
- Supervise social media, PR engagements, and marketing events, ensuring alignment with the brand’s vision.

Required Skills
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing development, branding, or fashion retail.
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities to inspire and guide a team effectively.
- Proven experience in managing diverse marketing channels and understanding consumer behavior.
Qualifications
- A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
