Qualifications & Experience

  • Required ~ Australian citizen / PR visas only.
  • Ideal ~ 3+ years of sales experience.
  • Helpful ~ Events, hospitality or travel sales experience.
  • Important ~ Working in a fast-paced, high-lead volume sales environment that requires quick learning and self-management.
  • Relationships ~ ability to rapidly build meaningful relationships with a diverse range of clients and suppliers.
  • Authenticity ~ showing genuine interest, offering best client solutions and always demonstrating VALUE.
  • Excellent communicator ~ good listener, asks great questions and delivers compelling solutions across email, phone, text, zoom and face-to-face.
  • Self-starter ~ hardworking and results orientated.
  • Disciplined ~ highly organised with ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time and systems effectively.
  • Results driven ~ determined to achieve and exceed KPI’s, with a resourceful “can-do” attitude.
  • Attitude ~ motivated, positive team player always looking for ways to improve individually, as a group, and as a company.

 

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Achieve inbound sales revenue/profit across monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Rapidly build and nurture meaningful relationships with a diverse range of customers, suppliers and industry partners.
  • Provide brilliant customer service, respond to customer sales and queries swiftly and accurately.
  • Maintain digital sales records and booking accuracy in CRM and sales software.
  • Participate and contribute to promotional and marketing initiatives as required.
  • Report progress at weekly and monthly sales team meetings. Support the wider team as required.
