What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Analyze and identify factors driving digital product growth and validate findings using customer-centric design practices
• Partner with data scientists to build scalable data infrastructure for generating insights
• Conduct research on internal systems and competitive landscape to inform strategies around adoption, retention, and engagement with digital products
• Collaborate with product managers to support execution of digital product roadmaps and rollout plans
• Develop business cases to evaluate the viability of innovations and capture user stories for the development lifecycle

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, including product management experience
• Proven ability to analyze data and make recommendations influencing customer journey maps
• Strong knowledge of Customer Journey Management and Digital Product Management
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Passion for Customer Experience and advocacy for customers
• 1-2 years of experience specifically with digital products in a Digital Product Analyst or Digital Service Analyst role
• Knowledge of ‘VOC’ and customer analytics technologies
• Experience with business process mapping (BPM)
• Advanced expertise in analytical tools such as Excel pivot tables and Tableau
