Job Type: Full-time, Entry-Level, Independent Contractor
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with core hours between 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly capable and resourceful Executive Assistant (EA) with a background in marketing and social media management. This individual will support our operations, assist with key initiatives, and handle tasks with flexibility, creativity, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage ambiguous challenges, and demonstrates excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Support:
- Oversee operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop solutions to streamline workflows.
- Provide oversight for cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Review and enhance current processes to improve productivity and coordination.
- Marketing and Social Media Management:
- Execute social media projects, with a particular focus on video content.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, leveraging prior experience in growth marketing or project execution.
- Contribute to developing and managing campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Administrative Duties:
- Serve as a point of contact and liaison for team members and external stakeholders.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including accommodating late-night or early-morning calls when needed.
- Organize reporting systems and provide regular updates to management.
- Strategic Projects:
- Take ownership of key projects, ensuring delivery aligns with business objectives.
- Collaborate with leadership to clarify priorities and push back when necessary to meet deadlines effectively.
- Demonstrate curiosity by understanding the business context and asking insightful questions.
- Onboarding & Documentation:
- Contribute to onboarding new hires and developing orientation materials.
- Maintain and update operational and procedural documentation.

Tools: Familiarity with tools like Google Drive, Slack, Notion, and Telegram; experience with project management and communication platforms.
