Job Summary
KINSHIP Digital is seeking a forward-thinking and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and uplift the operational efficiency of the business. This role is critical to KINSHIP’s ongoing evolution as a high-performing organisation, with robust processes, efficient resource allocation and a culture of continuous improvement. The Operations Manager will balance tactical process efficiencies with strategic initiatives, ensuring KINSHIP’s operational framework is equipped to scale and deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Operational Uplift
Drive the evolution of operational frameworks, ensuring the delivery organisation is optimised for scalability, agility, and excellence.
• Process Optimisation
Identify and implement tactical process improvements that enhance efficiency across all facets of the business.
• Strategic Leadership
Define and execute strategies to enhance the organisation’s overall operational performance and delivery capability.
• Resource Management
Ensure resources are effectively allocated and managed, balancing project priorities and organisational goals.
• Team Leadership and Development
Inspire and mentor team members to foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and collaboration.
• Performance Monitoring
Develop and monitor KPIs to assess and improve operational performance, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Project Management
Act as a key operational liaison between internal teams and external clients to ensure alignment with expectations and deliverables.
• Continuous Improvement
Champion a mindset of continuous improvement, leveraging data insights, team feedback, and industry trends to drive innovation in operational practices.
Skills and Experience
• 3-5+ years of experience in operations, with a demonstrated ability to uplift organisational performance and efficiency.
• Proven expertise in balancing tactical process improvements with strategic operational transformations.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, adept at managing multiple priorities and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in delivery organisations, digital transformation, or data-driven service delivery is highly desirable.
• A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to drive meaningful change across the organisation.
