We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planner to join our team at our Braeside site. Reporting directly to the Group S&OP Manager – ANZ, you will be a key member of the S&OP team, responsible for all planning tools and reports in the Sales & Operational Planning Department.

As the successful candidate, you will be levelheaded and thrive in a busy and changing environment where you will be challenged daily. We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, who wants to contribute and be part of the Sales & Operational Planning team.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- ensuring key customer products are run as per SLA agreements;
- support the Master Planner on weekly MRP operations;
- liaise with key stakeholders within the ANZ Carton Converting Facilities;
- maintain and report key forecast metrics;
- data maintenance of key MRP input source data files;
- supports business initiatives and projects;
- indirect purchasing activities;
- participate in New Product Development discussions to facilitate introduction of new SKUs from key customers;
- participate in regular meetings, workshops and or training as required; and
- maintains professional and technical knowledge.
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- ability to work on your own but also enjoy working within a team environment;
- have excellent time management skills with the ability to organise and prioritise your workload and work to tight dead lines;
- a Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain or any Business discipline;
- advanced computer skills and knowledge of various programs such as MS Office and Excel;
- minimum 3 years working in the supply chain industry;
- strong influencing and analytical skills;
- excellent customer service skills;
- persuasive communication skills;
- attention to detail and committed professional attitude; and
- a “can do” attitude with a sense of urgency with the ability to meet deadlines and work without supervision.
Experience in the FMCG industry would also be highly regarded.
