With a thriving and established sales team, they are seeking a Sales Operations Lead to drive operational efficiency and support their continued success.
About the Role
As the Sales Operations Lead, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by improving processes, managing systems, and providing insights to enhance performance. Reporting to senior management, you will work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure the seamless execution of sales initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Systems use ‘super user’:
- Salesforce Dashboard creation and sales reporting
- Oversee Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy, reporting, and analysis.
- Pricing modelling & implementation
- Track and report on key sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Work with Salesforce Platform Lead to continuously improve functionality.
- Team Support & Coordination:
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and resolve operational challenges.
- Work closely with marketing to ensure campaigns align with sales strategies.
- Provide training and support on systems, tools, and processes to enhance team efficiency.
- Monthly sales reporting.
- Process Improvement & Strategy:
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
- Implement best practices to ensure consistency and scalability across the sales team.
- Own and administer the sales contract flow audit to ensure compliance.
- Support the development of sales forecasting and pipeline management strategies.
- Training and compliance.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring a blend of operational expertise, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset. You will thrive in high-performing teams and be passionate about driving efficiency and results.
Key Attributes and Skills:
- Proven experience in a sales operations, sales support, or similar role, ideally within the property or luxury sectors.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce and data analysis tools.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience working in ASX-listed or corporate environments is highly regarded.
