Local Business Pro is a leading provider of AI voice receptionist software, helping small service-based businesses capture lost revenue and deliver seamless customer experiences. We are looking for a customer-obsessed Sales Representative who thrives on building relationships and delivering exceptional service while driving results.
Responsibilities:
- Sales & Customer Success
- Educate potential customers on the value of Local Business Pro, leveraging gap selling to deeply understand their business challenges and present tailored solutions.
- Guide leads through the onboarding process, ensuring they fully understand and adopt the software.
- Sell onboarding packages, focusing on creating long-term relationships rather than quick transactions.
- Proactively re-engage with clients who may have gone silent to reignite their interest and maintain momentum.
- Customer Journey
- Collaborate with a dedicated support specialist to set up customer accounts and tailor the system to their unique needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, supporting them through every stage of onboarding and beyond.
- Stay actively involved in the customer’s success journey to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Lead Generation & Nurturing
- Handle mostly inbound leads from marketing campaigns (e.g., Facebook ads and inbound forms).
- When inbound leads are light, proactively identify and nurture new leads through warm outreach.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in a customer-centric role.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of CRMs (bonus points for experience with Go High Level).
- Expertise in creating and managing automations and warm-up sequences.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills to handle ghosted clients and re-engage effectively.
- Deep understanding of Gap Selling
- Technical:
- Tech-savvy with an ability to learn and explain software solutions.
- Professionalism:
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor during Zoom calls, with a reliable setup (high-quality camera, Wi-Fi, and appropriate background).

Work Hours:
- Full-time, 9 AM to 5 PM Mountain Time.
- Requires availability during these hours, even if working in a different time zone (graveyard shift may apply).
