Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically design and execute SEO initiatives to elevate organic search performance, increase website traffic, and foster quality lead generation.
  • Oversee Google Ads campaigns with a focus on optimizing ROI through refined targeting, compelling ad copy, and rigorous landing page testing.
  • Manage the implementation and ongoing enhancement of Google Tag Manager to ensure comprehensive tracking and data integrity.
  • Develop and maintain insightful marketing dashboards that capture KPIs and campaign results, facilitating data-driven decisions.
  • Construct full-funnel marketing forecasts that inform lead generation, pipeline contributions, and conversion metrics at every marketing phase.
  • Spearhead the creation and enhancement of email marketing initiatives, including templates, nurturing sequences, and targeted campaigns to drive engagement.
  • Serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot, overseeing workflows, lead scoring, automation, and ensuring database accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across sales, product, and marketing to align strategies and performance measures.
  • Execute A/B testing across various marketing channels to continuously improve effectiveness and outcomes.
  • Manage the demand generation budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across campaigns.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in inbound marketing, digital strategies, and best practices within the industry.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, particularly with HubSpot or similar platforms.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, along with robust project management skills.

Qualifications
