Freitag Marketing is a fast-growing marketing agency dedicated to providing innovative digital marketing solutions across a variety of industries. We pride ourselves on helping businesses succeed through impactful strategies, creative campaigns, and measurable results. We are currently looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to lead and execute social media strategies that drive engagement, elevate brand awareness, and deliver measurable outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and execute engaging social media strategies and content plans tailored to each client’s goals and target audience. Create diverse formats, including posts, images, videos, and stories, while maintaining the brand’s voice and tone.
- Campaign Management: Plan and manage social media campaigns across platforms, ensuring timely execution and alignment with broader marketing strategies.
- Brand Voice Development: Establish and refine brand voices for clients, ensuring consistency across all channels, including social media, blogs, and email marketing.
- Collaboration: Partner with creative, paid media, SEO, and project management teams to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns.
- Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to clients. Use data to continuously optimize content and campaign strategies for improved results.
- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor junior social media team members, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proven ability to create and execute successful social media campaigns across various platforms.
- Exceptional English skills, both written and verbal (must-have).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, with a focus on social media strategy, content marketing, and performance metrics.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and project management platforms (e.g., ClickUp, Asana).
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and workflow optimization.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and how to integrate them into social media strategies.
