As a Middle Product Manager for the PAM team, you will be responsible for customizing and launching new features and projects, integrating KYC providers, and collaborating with internal teams and brand clients. You’ll play a key role in enhancing KYC and RG features, handling product improvement requests, escalating technical issues, and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
About your key responsibilities and impact:
- Leading KYC and Responsible Gambling modules;
- Working with internal teams to tailor client brands;
- Integration of new KYC providers;
- Improving KYC and RG functionality in the client’s back-office;
- Creating and maintain detailed KYC and RG documentation;
- Customizing and launch new features and projects to meet client needs;
- Submitting product improvement requests and escalate technical issues;
- Collaborating with design teams to improve UX in both the back-office and client front end;
- Collaborating with brand clients and internal stakeholders to improve KYC and RG features.
Essential professional experience:
- Higher education;
- At least 2-3+ years in product management;
- Experience with KYC integrations and RG features;
- A solid understanding of UX;
- Ability to work closely with engineering;
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira and Confluence;
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Upper-Intermediate English and strong command of Ukrainian/Russian.
