Purpose of the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage internal transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of technical and business skills, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects, managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders in a multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage internal transformation projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure project success
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
- Communicate project status, progress, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, standards, and best practices
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and organizational efficiency, as part of Project Excellence
Experience
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on internal transformation projects that bring change to the organization
- PMI / PMP certification preferred, but other Project Management Certifications welcome
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects
- Experience in both technical and business aspects of project management
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders, contributing to organizational change
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
- Proficiency in project management software (Microsoft Project, JIRA, PPM Tools)
- Experience of working with M365 suite and collaboration tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Cultural Awareness, working effectively in a multinational environment, understanding and navigating cultural differences
