As a recruiter, you’ve seen the complexities of talent acquisition and understand the journey candidates go through when searching for a job. Their challenges often mirror the hurdles faced by hiring managers and recruiters. This role is about using that knowledge to build a platform that revolutionizes the job-hunting experience—making it faster, easier, and more rewarding for candidates.

We’ll provide the training and mentorship to help you excel in this new role, covering everything from ICP creation to UI/UX fundamentals, market research, and product development. You’ll work closely with our product and engineering leadership teams, shaping the future of talent solutions.
What You Bring:
- In-depth understanding of the recruitment ecosystem and talent dynamics, particularly in India.
- Comprehensive experience, expertise, and knowledge of the Indian talent market, startup culture, and product company landscapes.
- Strong empathy for candidates and a deep awareness of their journey, challenges, and aspirations.
- Familiarity with shortlisting and selection processes across diverse organizations.
- A solid grasp of technical roles and the skills required for them.
- Outgoing personality with a passion for engaging with talent and building meaningful connections.
- Strong social networking skills and a desire to grow a personal brand.
- Exceptional analytical abilities to interpret user feedback and market insights.
- Any prior exposure to product management concepts is a plus.
What You’ll Do:
- Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) Development: Define and refine ICPs, aligning with business objectives and user needs for precise targeting.
- User Advocacy: Engage closely with candidates to understand their pain points and identify opportunities for impactful solutions.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to stay ahead of trends and align the platform with industry demands.
- User-Centered Design: Leverage user feedback to conceptualize and deliver features that address their needs effectively.
- Product Development: Prioritize and oversee initiatives to solve user challenges, boost satisfaction, and scale the platform.
- Documentation: Create clear documentation of product requirements, processes, and updates.
- Testing and Iteration: Lead testing efforts, ensuring features meet expectations and iterating based on feedback.
- UI/UX Collaboration: Partner with design teams to optimize the platform’s interface for an engaging user experience.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment.

- First round with AD of Product and VP of Engineering and Product
- Second Round: Combined interview with CEO, VP of Engineering and Product, AD of Product
- Final round: In-person round at Ahmedabad
