We are looking for an Application Security Manager to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with extensive experience in application security within the fintech or crypto industry.

We would love to talk to you if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in application security, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in security frameworks such as OWASP, SANS, and NIST.
• Experience with security tools (e.g., SAST, DAST, vulnerability scanners).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong leadership skills, including managing cross-functional teams.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, OSWE, or eWPTx are a bonus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

What would you do?

• Define and execute the application security strategy, ensuring security best practices across the SDLC.
• Conduct code reviews, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and threat modeling.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify, evaluate, and mitigate security risks.
• Ensure compliance with relevant security standards such as PCI DSS, GDPR, and ISO 27001.
• Lead incident response efforts related to application security breaches.
• Provide training on secure coding practices and application security principles.
• Monitor and report on application security KPIs.
