The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Paid Search / Biddable Manager specialising in paid media, particularly paid social and paid search, to join our forward-thinking and rapidly growing digital marketing agency. This role will support one of our large financial clients in the APAC region, with the additional scope to support CRKLR’s growth across the APAC region.
Purpose of the Role:
The Paid Search / Biddable Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimising paid search campaigns across various platforms to meet client objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid search strategies aligned with client goals and objectives.
- Manage all aspects of paid search campaigns, including campaign setup, optimisation, monitoring, weekly reports, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with clients, internal planning teams, and platform representatives to drive best-in-class performance.
- Attend and represent the team at regular external and internal client meetings.
- Work closely with the wider team, to deliver strong strategic approaches and adhere to CRKLR’s quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Actively push to increase quality and performance on your clients.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and platform updates related to paid search.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing and planning paid search and paid social campaigns, preferably in an agency or client-facing environment.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Hands on experience of Paid Social (Meta/Linkedin/TikTok/X/Line/Snapchat/Pinterest)
- Hands on experience of Paid Search (Google/Bing/Yahoo) – Google qualified
- Understanding of Programmatic Display, SEO, CRO and Content Marketing and associated platforms and tools.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using Google Analytics and/or Adobe, Looker Data Studio and other BI tools.
- Working knowledge of tagging (GTM etc) and conversion tracking (CAPI)
- Understanding of attribution models
- E-commerce platform experience (Shopify/Magento etc) a plus
- Strong business acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Business-level English, oral and written, is essential.
- Business-level Mandarin and/or different variety of Chinese, is preferred.

- Salary: £28k – £38k (paid in local currency)
- Holiday: 25 Days/year
- Location: We have an office presence in Singapore & Hong Kong for hybrid working, OR fully remote, with a preference for candidates based in Malaysia, Singapore or the Philippines.
