Power Bi Developer (Remote)

Project description:

We are seeking an experienced Middle/Senior Power BI Developer to join our team and collaborate with clients on exciting global projects. The role involves working on a cutting-edge solution for a leading healthcare company, consolidating regional CRM systems into a single, efficient global platform. This initiative supports over 20,000 sales and support professionals, optimizing data management, enhancing system performance, and streamlining operations through advanced technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Prototype, design, develop, and publish Power BI reports;
• Develop Power BI data models and recommend best practices for report creation and visualizations;
• Translate business needs into technical specifications;
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to gather business requirements for Analytics and Reporting;
• Work with the Data Engineering team to design Data Marts;
• Troubleshoot reporting issues and optimize report performance;
• Implement security in reports and dashboards;
• Build and modify tables, views, and optimize SQL queries and indexes as needed;
• Implement security on developed dashboards in accordance with security and access requirements;
• Create technical documentation for the BI solution.

Qualification:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Reporting and Dashboards development;
• 2+ years of experience with Reporting and Analytics using Power BI;
• Excellent knowledge of M Query, DAX, Data Modeling, and RLS;
• Strong understanding of Data Warehouse, Data Lake, and ETL concepts;
• Mastery of SQL;
• Experience with data warehouse, data lake, and enterprise big data platforms;
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field;
• Language Skills: Upper-Intermediate English (verbal and written);
• Ability to excel in a diverse, international, and multicultural work environment;
• Strong communication and persuasion skills;
• Capability to effectively engage with both technical and business stakeholders;
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of an international project team.
