We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our team.

What We Would Like You To Take Care Of

• User Research: Conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors, and motivations. Use tools like surveys, interviews, and usability testing to gather data.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and test user interfaces. Use tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or other design software.
• Interaction Design (IxD): Define the user’s interaction flow with the interface, ensuring a smooth and intuitive user journey.
• Visual Design: Create layouts, typography, color palettes, icons, and visual components that ensure a consistent and engaging experience for users.
• Usability Testing: Test design solutions with real users to identify potential usability issues and quickly iterate on feedback received.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to ensure design solutions are technically feasible and aligned with product goals.
• Design System Maintenance: Maintain and update the design system, ensuring visual and functional consistency across different products and platforms.
• Accessibility: Ensure designs are inclusive and accessible, adhering to web accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and designing for a wide range of users.

What We Wish You’d Bring With

• 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in an intermediate-level role.
• Solid portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of both UI and UX principles.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking regarding user needs and design solutions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
