Role Overview
The Customer Growth Manager is a key role at HealthShifts, combining customer relations expertise with a strong focus on driving sales and business growth. This position is responsible for fostering strong relationships with employers and pharmacy professionals. The role involves collaboration with the overseas administrative support team to address customer needs and improve satisfaction and engagement on the HealthShifts platform. In addition to supporting administrative efficiency and reporting, the manager plays a critical role in business planning and implementing strategies that contribute directly to revenue growth and overall organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with pharmacies and pharmacy professionals to support seamless interactions on the HealthShifts platform.
- Respond to and manage incoming customer service requests from employers and pharmacy professionals.
- Take ownership of customer issues, ensuring thorough follow-up and resolution.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Develop systems to measure and analyze customer satisfaction, addressing areas for improvement.
- Attend marketing events and conferences to represent HealthShifts and engage with potential platform users.
- Assist in business planning and strategy development to align customer service and sales with organizational goals.
- Develop and enhance administrative processes to streamline operations.
- Stay updated on industry developments and integrate best practices to improve customer service outcomes.
- Accurately document customer interactions and service actions in the HealthShifts CRM system.
- Analyze customer service and sales data, compile reports, and present insights to leadership.
- Assist with invoicing and payment processing as needed.
Work Environment and Hours
- Location: Remote (must be based in California).
- Hours: Standard office hours, with occasional variations to accommodate events.
- Travel: Approximately 5% travel is required for marketing events, conferences, and meetings.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in customer relations, client management, sales, or recruiting.
- Proven track record in sales or business development, particularly in a service-oriented industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho One, Salesforce, etc.) and data analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively with remote teams and manage competing priorities.
- Familiarity with invoicing and payment systems is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation: $70,000–$80,000 annually, based on experience, plus a commission structure (OTE: $100,000–$125,000).
