Project Manager (Remote)

Job Summary& &

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading assigned projects, ensuring their timely delivery, within scope and budget. This role involves developing and maintaining integrated delivery plans, managing project risks, tracking milestones, and ensuring that resources are available to meet project timelines. The Project Manager will also be responsible for overseeing project documentation, managing financials, and handling change requests. Additionally, this position requires liaising with stakeholders, managing supplier engagement, and ensuring compliance with company regulations and standards. The Project Manager will collaborate with the team to achieve project success and ROI targets.

Key Responsibilities& &

& & Lead assigned projects, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and within-budget delivery.& &

& & Define and track project milestones while developing and maintaining the integrated delivery plan.& &

& & Liaise with resource managers to ensure availability of resources to meet project timelines.& &

& & Utilize risk management strategies to proactively manage project risks affecting cost, quality, scope, or schedule.& &

& & Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.& &

& & Review and approve time cards associated with the project.& &

& & Create business case financial models and track project financials in management tools.& &

& & Forecast, monitor, and report on project financials.& &

& & Manage change requests, assessing their impact on scope, schedule, and cost, and communicate with stakeholders.& &

& & Liaise with supplier management groups on supplier engagement, quality, services, and costs.& &

& & Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, standards, procedures, and documentation, including computer systems validation, SOX, and PM standards.& &

& & Regularly update business stakeholders on project status and publish periodic status reports.& &

& & Represent the project in governance and inter-departmental forums.& &

& & Ensure all projects meet success parameters and ROI targets defined in the business case.& &

& & Evaluate trade-offs between project size, complexity, cost, urgency, risk, and stakeholder value.& &

& & Collaborate with business sponsors to define success metrics and deliver projects to meet those metrics.& &

& & Ensure adherence to project methodology compliance standards set by the company.& &

& & Mentor and share learning with others within the PMO regarding project standards and best practices.& &

Required Qualifications& &

& & Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in project management.& &

& & Proven track record of planning and delivering complex projects.& &

& & Experience managing remote project teams.& &

& & Proficiency in Microsoft Project.& &

& & Strong experience in full project management lifecycle for software, maintenance, development, and IT projects.& &

& & Knowledge of IT methodologies, including ITIL.& &

& & Experience managing projects across multiple technologies and functions.& &

& & Demonstrated experience in managing customer relationships.& &

Preferred Qualifications& &

& & Experience with software/maintenance/development/implementation projects.& &

& & Knowledge of computer systems validation and SOX compliance.& &

& & Experience in business case financial modeling.& &
