We are seeking a UX Designer with a strong visual design background and experience in Figma and motion graphics creation. In this role, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs for our learning management platform. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to deliver engaging and intuitive user experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Information Architecture: Design clear and intuitive information architecture and user flows.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Visual Design: Develop visually appealing and engaging interfaces that align with brand guidelines. Leverage your visual design skills to enhance the overall user experience.
- Motion Graphics: Create compelling motion graphics and animations to enhance user interactions and deliver delightful experiences.
- Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are feasible and implemented effectively.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in Figma is essential for wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
- Proven experience in creating motion graphics using After Effects, Principle, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of UX design principles and user-centered design methodologies.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Bonus: Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
