- Lead and manage the HR team within the department, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering professional growth among team members;
- Develop, maintain, and regularly update the organizational structure of the department, ensuring it is clear, current, and accessible to all employees;
- Implement performance management methodologies and promote a culture of high-quality feedback;
- Oversee recruitment processes, onboarding, and offboarding to ensure smooth transitions and development processes;
- Identify and monitor key HR metrics, establishing benchmarks for continuous improvement;
- Collaborate with other HR teams and department leaders to align initiatives with business objectives;
- Maintain and foster the corporate culture within the department.
We need your professional experience:
- At least 5 years in an HRBP or similar role, with a proven track record of managing a team for a minimum of 2 years;
- Experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, and succession planning to make informed, data-driven decisions;
- Strong understanding of business needs and ability to act as a strategic partner to business leaders;
- Expertise in organizational development and supporting teams through change management;
- High proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
