We are an innovative technology startup specializing in AIOps solutions. As we prepare to launch our product globally, we’re looking for a motivated Marketing and Brand Growth Specialist to join our team and help build our brand presence and foster strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute social media strategies across platforms, specifically LinkedIn, ensuring regular engagement and content posting.
• Monitor social media channels for customer interactions, responding to inquiries and comments promptly.
• Collaborate with the Co-Founder to develop and distribute marketing content, including newsletters and outreach emails.
• Research and secure guest blog opportunities, conducting outreach to industry publications for article placements.
• Analyze social media and content engagement metrics to refine strategies and improve performance.
• Assist in organizing webinars and online events to generate leads and showcase our product.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar to ensure consistent and strategic messaging across all platforms, aligning with overall marketing goals.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform and refine marketing strategies, ensuring our brand remains competitive and relevant in the industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing within the technology sector, with a focus on network management and AI-driven solutions being a major plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English.
• Proficiency with social media management tools and email marketing platforms.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work across various time zones, accommodating global collaboration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 – ₹200,000.00 per month
