About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic Delivery team. Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you’ll manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring seamless delivery to our clients. You’ll leverage your expertise in project management methodologies, including PRINCE2, Agile, and COTS, to deliver client-focused solutions that drive satisfaction and success.

This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting AI-driven projects, support organisational growth, and contribute to continuous improvement within our PMO.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for clients during project delivery.
  • Manage all stages of the PRINCE2 project lifecycle.
  • Oversee project planning, resourcing, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Monitor and control budgets, risks, and issues, raising change requests where necessary.
  • Facilitate consultancy workshops and gather detailed solution requirements.
  • Produce and maintain critical project documentation, including Project Initiation Documents, RAID logs, and Post-Implementation Reviews.
  • Deliver consultancy to clients, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO.


Required Skills and Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in a project management role.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Demonstrable expertise in PRINCE2, Agile/SCRUM, and ITIL methodologies.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects in a client-facing role.
  • Experience in risk management, stakeholder engagement, and budget control.


Qualifications

  • Required: PRINCE2 Foundation (or equivalent).
  • Desired: PRINCE2 Practitioner, ITIL Foundation.
