Dabadu, a leading automotive CRM company, is on the lookout for a Creative and Content Lead with a proven track record in the automotive industry. This pivotal role combines creativity, strategic thinking, and technical expertise to develop engaging campaigns, produce high-quality content, and uphold brand excellence. The ideal candidate will drive customer engagement and deliver impactful content across various channels, collaborating closely with our dynamic team to shape the future of automotive marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Creative Campaign Development: Design and execute innovative creative concepts for ad campaigns, social media, email marketing, and landing pages, aligned with Dabadu’s brand vision.
• Content Creation: Craft compelling ad copy, vehicle descriptions, and long-form content, ensuring alignment with automotive consumer insights and trends.
• Visual Asset Management: Oversee the design and production of high-quality visual assets, including banners, promotional materials, and videos, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.
• Video Production Leadership: Manage the entire video production process, including storyboarding, scripting, shooting, editing, and final delivery, to produce high-impact content.
• Brand Alignment: Ensure all creative materials adhere to Dabadu’s brand guidelines and meet industry-specific standards for the automotive sector.
• Collaboration and Strategy: Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop content strategies tailored to dealership and automotive customer needs.
• Performance Analysis and Optimization: Analyze the performance of creative assets, identify areas of improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 5+ years in content creation and creative strategy, with a minimum of 2 years in the automotive industry.
• Proven experience in crafting campaigns that resonate with automotive consumers.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns, high-performing social media content, and video production excellence.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, or other content creation platforms.
• Writing Expertise: Exceptional writing skills with a strong focus on audience engagement, storytelling, and persuasion.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of automotive marketing trends, dealership consumer behavior, and key performance metrics.
