As a member of the product team in Zurich, you are responsible for the digital customer journey of the FELFEL end-customer, as as well as the B2B stakeholders, once they have become customers. You’ll take ownership of all customer-facing applications, including the FELFEL and Gavetti POS systems, the FELFEL App, as well as our online portal and cockpit at my.felfel. Your mission? To make every digital interaction as smooth and satisfying as a perfectly brewed cup of coffee.

YOUR TASKS:

• Engage directly with FELFEL end-customers to understand how they interact with FELFEL services and identify barriers
• Analyze the customer journey using qualitative and quantitative insights from our data warehouse to pinpoint break-points
• Develop solutions to optimize the journey and ensure a seamless experience across all physical and digital touchpoints
• Collaborate with the Tech team and a digital agency to translate ideas into detailed user stories and implement them with our engineers
• Design, test, and deliver new features for both corporate clients and end-customers
• Structure software requirements down to the granularity, ensuring they are actionable for development and account for edge cases
• Coordinate stakeholders and proactively communicate ongoing initiatives, always explaining the “why”
• Work closely with internal teams to align on communication of new services and features
• Define initiatives to grow the user base (e.g., increase app adoption) and coordinate with marketing and sales
• Design and implement the FELFEL loyalty program in collaboration with the CRM team

WHO YOU ARE:

• 5+ years experience as a product owner or in consulting at the intersection of business and IT; experience in the food or tech industry or a background in software development is a plus
• Passionate about creating product experiences with a proven track record of managing projects that enhance customer interactions
• Comfortable working at the intersection of business and technology with the ability to quickly grasp technical relations
• Excel in structured thinking, problem-solving, and possess outstanding communication skills
• Skilled at working with data and extracting insights directly from data warehouses
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards
• Hands-on, committed to making the vision a reality, and thrive in challenging, fast-paced environments
• Fluent in English and German
