Base Salary: Up to $200,000/year + Bonus

Job Description:
Our client is seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Development Manager to lead a team of 6 mid to senior-level developers. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for driving technical solutions, ensuring best practices, and providing strategic guidance across multiple ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow and a solid technical background, combined with proven leadership skills. You will be responsible for managing the development team while being actively involved in the technical design, architecture, and development of solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 6 mid to senior-level ServiceNow developers, ensuring high performance, collaboration, and professional growth.
• Oversee and drive the technical architecture for ServiceNow projects, ensuring scalability, performance, and integration capabilities across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and other ServiceNow modules.
• Design and implement complex workflows, custom applications, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Ensure best practices are followed for development, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions.
• Act as a key technical advisor to the organization, providing input on strategic initiatives and guiding the team on architectural decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes and identify opportunities to enhance the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide hands-on support for the development of key functionalities, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT operations and business units, to drive the successful adoption and implementation of ServiceNow capabilities.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, with a focus on ServiceNow development and technical architecture.
• Experience with ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM modules.
• Strong technical background with experience in ServiceNow scripting, workflows, integration, and customization.
• Proven leadership experience, including managing teams of developers and overseeing project delivery.
• In-depth understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow application development and customizations (e.g., scripting, UI policies, business rules, etc.).
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow integration frameworks (REST, SOAP, etc.) and cloud-based solutions.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) preferred.
