Bright Minds is searching for a full time Salesforce Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom Salesforce solutions that help streamline and optimize our client’s internal processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create scalable, high-performance systems that support our business goals. This position is 100% Remote / WFH for passionate Salesforce developers with extensive experience in Apex and custom development.
The Salesforce developer will partner with an existing team to design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies. You will collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions, customize Salesforce to meet the unique needs of the business, and build custom applications, workflows, triggers, and reports. Strengths in optimizing, enhancing, and integrating Salesforce with 3rd party systems, data migration, and troubleshooting Salesforce applications is needed.
Requirements for the Salesforce Developer:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong focus on Apex and custom development within Salesforce.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce Lightning (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integration patterns, including REST and SOAP APIs.
- Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and security standards.
- Experience with data migration, data modeling, and database management within Salesforce.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new challenges.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with cross-functional teams.
- Salesforce Developer certification (Platform Developer I or II) is a plus.
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins or GitLab.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Design System and UI/UX best practices.
- Experience with DevOps tools for Salesforce (e.g., Gearset, Copado).
