Position: UX Specialist in the Customer Experience (CX) department
We are looking for a talented UX Specialist to join our Customer Experience (CX) department and play a key role in creating seamless, engaging, and user-friendly interactions with our brand, products, and services.
Key Responsibilities and objectives:
- Enhancing Customer Satisfaction:
Create intuitive, user-friendly experiences to reduce frustration and improve overall satisfaction.
- Ensuring consistency across channels:
Develop cohesive design systems and interfaces for a seamless journey across all touchpoints (website, app, customer service, etc.).
- Improving usability and accessibility:
Simplify navigation and ensure compliance with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) to meet the needs of all users.
- Optimizing the customer journey:
Identify and resolve pain points to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Personalizing User Experiences:
Use data to design tailored recommendations and content that align with individual preferences.
- Building customer loyalty:
Deliver exceptional UX to foster repeat interactions and long-term brand loyalty.
- Acting on user feedback:
Conduct research, surveys, and testing to continuously refine and improve experiences.
- Streamlining customer effort:
Simplify tasks and processes to make interactions as effortless as possible.
- Maximizing engagement:
Introduce features like gamification and rewards to deepen customer interaction.
Requirements:
- Competencies:
- Analytical and strategic thinking: Ability to understand market trends and develop flexible, long-term plans to achieve growth objectives.
- Management skills: Oversee the entire value chain, from sales to supply chain and back-office operations.
- Support expertise: Identify new opportunities and grow the product portfolio based on consumer and market trends.
- Stakeholder management: Negotiate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Leadership: Demonstrate skills in team management, conflict resolution, change management, and reporting.
- Personal effectiveness: Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience conducting user research and usability studies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
