• Salary range between $111,000 – $131,000 based on experience and qualifications

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Build and maintain a strong framework of Agile practices, processes, and artifacts
• Support and coach Scrum teams through all agile ceremonies and practices to enhance delivery of business value
• Define, maintain, and update Scrum team metrics and artifacts for transparent communication with stakeholders
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Tech Leads to assess and enrich the backlog’s health
• Drive a collaborative and supportive team culture through team-building and engagement practices

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working on agile Scrum development teams in a dedicated role as Scrum Master
• Proven experience in servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, and increasing transparency
• Excellent knowledge of Agile techniques and artifacts such as user stories and backlog refinement
• Solid experience with Jira and Confluence
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent) and/or SAFe certified; degree in computer science or a related field

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with techniques such as Behavior Driven Development, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, and Automated Testing
• Familiarity with other Agile frameworks such as SAFe and XP
