Job Opportunity: Business Development/Growth Manager for an Innovative Skincare Brand
Are you ready to lead and grow an exciting new skincare brand that’s set to redefine beauty standards? We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Business Development Manager who will take charge of every step, from business planning to production, distribution, sales, and market growth.

What You’ll Do
• Develop and Execute a Full-Scale Business Plan
• Build a clear roadmap to bring our 100% natural, vegan skincare products to market.
• Set strategies for production, distribution, sales, and sustainable growth.
• Lead End-to-End Operations
• Oversee the establishment of production processes to deliver high-quality, natural skincare products.
• Manage and optimize distribution channels to ensure smooth product delivery.
• Drive Sales and Business Development
• Build and implement sales strategies to maximize market reach and revenue growth.
• Identify target audiences and create effective plans for B2B and B2C markets.
• Develop key partnerships with suppliers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
• Be a Visionary Leader
• Guide cross-functional teams with strong leadership and ensure seamless collaboration.
• Inspire and mentor team members to deliver outstanding results.
• Analyze and Adapt for Success
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine strategies.
• Continuously improve processes for efficiency and performance.
Who You Are
• Experienced Professional: 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, and operations, specifically in the skincare or beauty industry.
• Strategic Thinker: You can plan big, execute with precision, and adapt as needed to deliver results.
• Operational Expert: Deep understanding of production, distribution, and sales processes specific to skincare.
• Strong Leader: Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and motivate others toward success.
• Results-Driven: A track record of taking products to market and achieving measurable success.
• Proactive Problem Solver: You embrace challenges and turn them into opportunities with creative, practical solutions.
