What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to develop and enhance access control software products
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key features, enhancements, and timelines
• Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and validate product concepts
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and optimize performance

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in access control or security products
• Strong understanding of access control technologies and security industry standards
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
