What You’ll Do

  • Provide essential administrative support to the sales team.
  • Oversee various local responsibilities for the Italian team, including certifications, paperwork, health and surveillance, GDPR compliance, ISTAT reporting, and more.

Who You’ll Work With

  • Collaborate with the entire Italian team, including Sales, SE, Consulting, Marketing, and Finance.
  • Build connections with peers across departments.
  • Report directly to the VP of Central & Eastern Europe, Italy, and Israel.

What Makes You a Qualified Candidate

  • At least 5 years of experience as a general assistant.
  • Native Italian speaker preferred.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • A reliable and trustworthy individual capable of handling sensitive information.
