Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Manager with a proven track record of managing B2B search and social media campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns to drive measurable business results. Familiarity with HubSpot and proficiency in setting up conversion tracking using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid search and social media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads
- Develop and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies
- Set up, monitor, and analyze conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to align paid media efforts with overall marketing strategies and client goals
- Create and present performance reports, highlighting key metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations for campaign improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience managing paid search and social media campaigns, preferably in a B2B environment
- Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads Manager
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot and understanding of its integration with paid media campaigns
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, including setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Certification in Google Ads or HubSpot (preferred, but not required)
