As a Solution Architect You Will Be
- Leading implementation of Blue Yonder products, including ownership of end-to-end solution design for category and assortment management for Retail industry customers
- Working with customer business and IT teams during all project phases
- Providing leadership to functional team during implementation cycle
- Serving as a functional and industry expert and participating in key meetings between Project Manager, key customer contacts, and customer users
- Working closely with Product Management Department regarding specific trends for future product functionality/enhancements
- Providing mentorship to junior associates within Blue Yonder organization
- Working with the pre-sales team to assess workload on a given project and recommend roles
Essential
Knowledge and Skills, we are looking for:
- +6 years of industry experience in Supply Chain/Retail industry (e.g. Softline, Grocery, Wholesale, FMCG, CPG, etc.)
- Great understanding of the overall retail processes (space management, assortment, enterprise planning, etc),
- Experience in implementation of retail space & assortment management solutions (also as part of business side of project team).
- Ability to turn client requirements into business solution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Hands-on experience in using, implementing, or supporting modern Supply Chain applications for space and assortment management
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively across Europe is required
- Business level fluency in English and German (or French), both spoken and written.
- Right to live and work in the European Union
Desirable
- Machine Learning & Data Science concept familiarity
- Experience in supply chain software implementation
- Agile knowledge
- Python and SQL elementary skills
