What are we looking for?
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management within a B2B environment.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher) for effective communication.
- Proven experience in modern product discovery and opportunity validation.
- A growth mindset and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Commitment to delivering value for customers while staying humble and open to feedback.
- Strong curiosity about competitive landscapes and emerging consumer trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver impactful presentations.

- Skilled at engaging and influencing diverse stakeholders.
- Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
- Experience with analytics and experimentation, and comfort in decision-making.
- Data-informed decision-making paired with strong analytical and commercial skills.
- Ability to inspire, influence, and rally a cross-functional team.
What will you do?
- Lead the product discovery process, turning defined outcomes into actionable roadmaps.
- Deeply understand customer needs and business strategy to identify impactful opportunities.
- Validate and prioritize opportunities efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver iterative, high-impact solutions.
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to derive insights into customer needs and market dynamics.
- Manage all phases of the product lifecycle, from market research to delivery.
- Communicate the product vision and align stakeholders with market demands.
- Work closely with the B2C Product Manager to foster a collaborative ecosystem between products.
- Partner with business development and marketing teams to enhance product initiatives.
