Responsibilities

• Create engaging and viral content for social media, including static posts, tweets, reels, and stories.
• Act as the face of the brand by producing high-quality videos and daily stories featuring yourself.
• Maintain daily engagement by actively interacting with the community through comments, DMs, and messages across all platforms, including Instagram, Telegram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, Threads, Bluesky, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and algorithms, leveraging them to optimize content performance.
• Build and manage content calendars, ensuring timely scheduling and posting of content.
• Lead and manage a team of creatives, ensuring alignment with the brand’s voice and vision.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop social media campaigns that align with marketing objectives.
• Analyze social media performance using analytics tools, generating reports to inform strategy adjustments.
• Utilize tools like JIRA and Slack to streamline communication and project management.
• Leverage AI tools such as Captions App, ChatGPT, and Runway AI to enhance content creation and productivity.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
• Comfortable appearing in front of the camera and creating engaging video content.
• Expertise in content writing, social media management, video creation, and content creation.
• Knowledge of CapCut and Canva is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with crypto/blockchain trends and experience in the space is a major plus.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and emerging trends.
• Ability to lead and manage a creative team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA and Slack is a plus.
• Experience with AI-powered tools like Captions App, ChatGPT, Runway AI, and others is highly valued.
