We are in search of an innovative and analytical problem solver to become a vital part of our rapidly expanding Paid Media Team. As the Digital Media Lead, Programmatic, you will be responsible for the comprehensive development, execution, and optimization of programmatic campaigns across various Demand Side Platforms (DSPs). This role is crucial in supporting our burgeoning Credit Card Vertical and achieving our strategic quarterly objectives for revenue generation and gross profit. We seek dynamic individuals who are passionate about paid media, eager to tackle engaging challenges, and possess a strong foundation in data-driven decision-making. This position operates independently and reports directly to the VP of Digital Media.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and expand our Programmatic buying initiative from inception, providing strategic input on DSP selection, creative strategy, and logistical configurations for optimal campaign performance.
- Attain monthly, quarterly, and annual business goals by maximizing inventory and campaign effectiveness.
- Oversee the end-to-end management of programmatic campaigns, including budget allocation, bid management, and performance analysis to ensure KPIs are not only met but exceeded.
- Ensure compliance with promotional offers and targeting standards, generating results while adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Utilize enterprise-level data to craft and implement industry-leading retargeting initiatives.
- Maintain effective communication with the team regarding reporting, results, and strategic initiatives aimed at growth opportunities.
- Leverage data insights to inform decisions that elevate revenue and gross profit margins for this channel.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, content, and analytics, to enhance overall channel performance.
Required Skills
- 3-5+ years of experience as a high-level operator within leading DSPs, managing a minimum monthly ad spend of $250k, ideally within the financial sector.
- Proven ability to leverage technical solutions, audience segmentation, optimization tactics, and strategic data integrations to achieve impactful results within platforms such as DV360, Xandr, and/or StackAdapt.
- Familiarity with direct marketing creative best practices and experience in optimizing campaign performance through Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO).
- Strong analytical capabilities and hands-on experience with data analysis, attribution, ad implementation, and platform integration.
- Ability to develop strategic initiatives, identify solutions, and effectively communicate outcomes.
- Proficiency with tools including Excel, Google Suite, Google Ads, and Bing Ads.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.

- Competitive salary range of (88,000 – )108,000, with variations based on experience, skills, and location.
