Experience training or providing mentorship is a bonus
Organisation & administration skills
Experience managing multiple OCs and Sub Committees

The Role

At The Knight we are looking for a Senior OC Manager, someone who will contribute their best skills and efforts to the organisation.

The product (final result) of your role will be to provide exceptional Owners Corporation management Services to our clients, resulting in happy, satisfied clients with active contracts in place.

The ultimate measure of your success will be that the company has an overall increase in client satisfaction via the Net Promoter Score rating, which will lead to an increased retention of clients. The overall target for NPS is to increase it to +20 within the next 12 months.

Choose to work in either of our newly renovated offices, Caulfield North or Docklands. We offer a flexible work environment, including hybrid work options and remote work availabilities – Work only 2 days in office!
