About the Opportunity

RPS is seeking qualified and experienced Project Delivery leaders from either an engineering or commercial background to join our team based in South East Queensland on a permanent basis, to assist our clients in the planning, development, and delivery of projects across the Energy Sector. These projects include On & Off Shore Wind, Solar, Hydro, Carbon Capture & Storage, Battery Energy Storage Systems, Transmission and Generation infrastructure, assets and facilities.

You will have

• Tertiary qualifications in a construction, engineering, commercial or related field.
• At least 10 years post graduate related work experience
• Previous client, consultant, or contractor side experience in the Energy Sector 
• A strong understanding and proven experience in a range of contract forms (e.g. EPC, PPP, D&C);).
• A strong understanding and experience with stakeholder management
• Ability to manage and grow business relationships
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to provide accurate and timely management reports.
• Exceptional organisational, client engagement and relationship building ability’
• Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deliverables in a timely and efficient manner.
• Commercial acumen;
