About The Role!

The Customer Experience Officer plays a vital role across the Quality Care Pharmacy Program (QCPP) team.  This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting community pharmacies through accreditation processes. This role is a full-time, ongoing position and is based at the Guild’s National Secretariat in Canberra.
