Being a small yet mighty band of specialists means that we are very clear about one thing:
Our people are our greatest asset.Â
Put simply, looking after our people is our number one priority and is what separates us from our competition.
As a workplace we prioritise Autonomy, Impact and Learning to keep our employees motivated, happy and engaged:
Autonomy
- We believe in hiring the best talent then giving them the freedom and responsibility to bring their unique strengths and talents to the table each day to deliver massive value for our clients.
- This is reflected in our flexible working environment where you’ll have the opportunity to work from home, at our Fremantle studio, client’s studio, or project offices.
- We work hard and embrace the fast pace of our industry, yet also encourage work/life harmony within our workplace.Â
Impact
- We do generous and important work that has a huge positive impact on our clients.Â
- The solutions we deliver are the difference between a client’s project progressing smoothly to completion or being stuck in limbo (and costing them dearly), so we see this opportunity to have a positive impact as both a pleasure and privilege.Â
Learning
- Our dynamic team of specialists are continually learning and are energised by the chance to share our knowledge with others.Â
- This emphasis on learning and collaboration creates an engaging, high-performance environment that gives employees the chance to consistently level-up their project, technical and leadership skills.Â
- With over 25 years in the business and a highly respected and motivated team, our employees get to work on some of Perth’s and Australia’s, most engaging and high-profile design projects.Â
Â
