Electrical Project Manager (Remote)

We are looking for an Electrical Project Manager in power systems engineering, who will lead and manage complex projects related to the design, and implementation of electrical power distribution systems – with a team of specialists in Poland. The role includes acting as a close liaison to a similar team in Denmark and facilitating cross-border collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple power systems engineering projects.
• Support the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and expectations.
• Review designs, specifications, and other technical documents for quality and adherence to industry and project standards.
• Support the management of project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize project efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to project resources and timelines.
• Monitor project budgets, ensuring financial accountability and cost control.
• Prepare and present project financial updates to the project management office.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and engineering staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in project management within the power systems sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of power systems design, operation, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Good to have: professional project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
