Job Position: Paid Media Manager & Graphic Design Specialist
Are you a pro at running ads on Google and Meta and love getting creative with graphic design?
What You’ll Do
Paid Media Management
- Own our Google & Meta ad accounts and drive real, profitable results.
- Build, manage, and optimize ad campaigns from scratch.
- Write and test ad copy to see what sticks.
- Play around with targeting and audiences to get the best ROI.
- Use our existing creative assets (like photos and videos) to design and test ad creatives.
- Work with the team to brainstorm and outline new creative content ideas.
- Keep up with ad trends and figure out how to make them work for us.
- Share your campaign results and insights with the CEO and team.
Graphic Design
- Design ads that grab attention and get results.
- Collaborate with the CEO to create cool stuff like packaging, trade show booths, vehicle wraps, and more.
- Help brainstorm ideas for new products and marketing materials.
- Use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to bring your ideas to life (bonus points for video editing skills!).
- Use AI tools to speed things up but still bring your own creative touch.
About You
- Ad Guru:
- You’ve been running Google and Meta ads for years and know these platforms inside and out.
- You’ve managed $50,000+ per month in ad spend and know how to make every dollar count.
- You’ve worked with outdoor or consumer brands in the U.S. and can show us your results.
- Creative Whiz:
- You’ve got a killer portfolio that shows off your range—ads, packaging, trade show designs, and more.
- You’re a pro with Adobe Ps and Ai and can dabble in video editing too.
- Passionate & Driven:
- You love the outdoors and maybe even have a soft spot for dogs.
- You’re not afraid to take charge and get things done without a lot of hand-holding.
- Tech-Savvy:
- You’re comfortable with Google Analytics and know your way around Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides (or Microsoft Office).
Qualifications
- 3+ years running Google & Meta ads.
- 2+ years doing graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite is a must).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and great at communicating in English.
