It Project Manager (Remote)

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our talented global team of 6,000 professionals in more than 60 offices worldwide.

Numerous new and ongoing projects ranging from enterprise content solutions, mobile apps, and data services to experience-driven enterprise e-commerce, user experience, and marketing. Global opportunities to work with different industry verticals: retail & luxury, financial, healthcare, travel & hospitality, automotive, and media & entertainment. The ideal candidate’s skills include:

• 2 years of working experience in Project Management in a software development environment
• Experience of work with different engagement models, especially fixed price
• Solid experience in people management
• Ecommerce industry experience is highly preferred
• Solid experience working with end customers
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing medium size projects
• Ability to manage a few projects simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Must be able to allocate work within and between project teams based on the given nature and complexity of the tasks
• Strong verbal & written communication skills, analytical and interpersonal communication skills, and exceptional organizational and work structuring skills
• Exceptional client and business orientation and related skills
• Must demonstrate a hardworking disciplined character, be able to accept constructive criticism, motivate project teams, build consensus, and adhere to work policies and procedures
• Must be proficient with the use of MS Office tools, MS Project or other Project Management systems, Jira
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong desire to learn more about business every day

Optional:

• Knowledge of SFCC platform is a plus
• Technical background
• Professional Project Management certifications.

The Role

You will work in an agile way in cross-functional global teams to deliver exceptional experiences for our clients. If to be more specific, you will:

• Manage, plan, and control the scope, budgets, and timeline of e-commerce software development projects
• Manage client communications for multiple large-scale development efforts
• Assign work tasks, manage workload and properly allocate work efforts between project team members
• Motivate project team members, encourage and support productive work performance, and facilitate team collaboration
• Anticipate the client’s needs, investigate and propose alternative technical solutions to clients through internal and external consulting and technical research
• Consistently deliver high-quality customer service
• Expand and enhance your own expertise in the e-commerce professional services domain, and be aware of global trends in the online retail & professional software delivery industry
• Conduct performance evaluations of project team members, provide employee performance feedback to department heads and provide input for employee career development planning.
