What we are looking for
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Payroll Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing payroll operations for Thailand, including payroll processing and managing customer relationships.
Your primary objective will be to ensure accurate and timely payroll calculations while delivering excellent customer service to our clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining compliance with local regulations and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will possess extensive payroll knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage customer relationships.
What you’ll do
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Thailand
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries and issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations, tax laws, and employment legislation
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline and automate payroll processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy
- Conduct periodic payroll audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Stay updated with payroll best practices, industry trends, and changes in regulations
What you’ll need
- 4+ years of experience in processing payroll for companies in Thailand
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and employment legislation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in payroll software/systems, with the ability to analyze and interpret payroll data accurately
- Attention to detail and accuracy in payroll calculations and data management
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Familiarity with other APAC countries would be highly advantageous
