What we are looking for
We are looking for a Market Expansion Lead to drive our expansion into new markets globally. This role offers high ownership, requiring someone with a strong entrepreneurial mindset to spearhead Omni HR’s entry into these regions.
The ideal candidate will have experience launching and scaling sales operations in new markets, owning the end-to-end sales process, and building long-term customer relationships. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience selling HR tech to mid-market clients in these geographies.

What you’ll do
- Lead Market Expansion: Spearhead Omni’s entry into new markets, taking full ownership of the go-to-market strategy and execution
- End-to-End Sales: Own the entire sales process from prospecting to deal closure, including lead generation, demos, negotiations, and follow-ups
- Develop Market Entry Strategy: Research and identify growth opportunities, analyze competitors, and develop market entry strategies to build Omni’s presence in new geographies
- Drive Revenue Growth: Build a strong sales pipeline and secure revenue targets in new markets
- Strategic Partnerships: Establish and nurture partnerships with local stakeholders, industry influencers, and potential referral partners to boost market presence
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth customer journey and tailored market offerings
- Report on Market Insights: Provide actionable insights to inform Omni’s go-to-market strategy, local product adaptations, and sales approaches
What you’ll need
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Proven ability to build something from scratch and thrive in ambiguity.
- Experience with Market Entry: Demonstrated success in launching products or services in new regions
- B2B SaaS Sales Experience: Strong experience in end-to-end SaaS sales, with a proven track record of closing deals from lead to client
- Relationship Builder: Excellent ability to build long-term relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and local partners
- Data-Driven Approach: Ability to analyze and leverage market data to shape market entry strategies and inform decision-making
- Strong Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly
- Familiarity with HR Tech is a plus
