We are seeking a Sr. Social Media Manager to elevate our social media strategy, focusing on engagement, growth, and brand development. This role includes leading a small team of content creators and driving cross-functional collaboration with PR, brand marketing, and influencer teams. The position is remote-friendly for candidates located outside Miami, Florida.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Social Media Strategy
- Develop and execute a strategy aligned with business objectives to drive follower growth and engagement.
- Identify emerging trends to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Analyze performance metrics to measure ROI and refine strategies.
- Content Calendar Development
- Design and manage a dynamic content calendar that aligns with brand strategy and elevates premium positioning.
- Adapt plans to meet shifting priorities.
- Community Building Strategy
- Build a robust, engaged community by implementing strategic initiatives.
- Align all content with the brand’s tone, voice, and premium image.
- Proactively offer feedback to enhance the brand’s positioning.
- Team Management
- Lead a team comprising content creators and interns, ensuring timely delivery of quality content.
- Mentor team members to foster growth and development.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with production, brand marketing, and influencer teams to create integrated campaigns.
- Ensure all content supports broader marketing goals.
- Creative & Analytical Blend
- Leverage creative insights and data-driven analytics to guide strategy and performance improvements.
- Track KPIs and adjust strategies based on insights.
- Platform Expertise
- Oversee content creation and engagement across platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Stay informed on platform trends and best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must-Have:
- Experience with companies generating $10M+ in revenue.
- 5+ years in social media management, including 3+ years in the CPG industry.
- Experience creating user-generated content (UGC) and leading direct reports.
- Proven ability to manage content and campaigns on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Creative and analytical abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with fashion e-commerce.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
