What You’ll Do

As a Talent Onboarding Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the entire onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are prepared and aligned with their roles
• Conducting live training sessions, facilitating paperwork completion, and guiding new team members through onboarding tasks
• Collaborating with the Customer Success Manager to streamline onboarding for agents and clients, promoting a smooth handoff
• Providing progress updates to Team Leads and Recruitment Managers, maintaining alignment across teams
• Assisting with client onboarding processes when needed, ensuring comprehensive support at every stage

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

• 1–2 years in Customer Service Onboarding or similar roles
• 3–5 years in the BPO Customer Service industry
• Experience as a Virtual Assistant is a plus

Skills:

• Proficiency in E-Commerce tools such as Gorgias, Shopify, Zendesk, Re, and Freshdesk (Required)
• Familiarity with CRM and project management tools like HubSpot and Monday.com
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to coach and engage others effectively

Technical Requirements:

• Internet: DSL, Cable, or Fiber connection (minimum 20 Mbps)
• Tools: Proficiency in Gmail and Slack
