Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Representative who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, initiating contact with prospective customers, cultivating relationships, and closing deals for both our DEVOIDA and MEDOIDA product lines. This individual will combine their technical knowledge with strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively present complex solutions, advise on product fit, and ultimately guide clients toward high-value purchases. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the challenge of expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation:
- Conduct proactive outreach through cold calls, emails, and social media to identify new leads and potential clients.
- Research industry trends, target market segments, and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Building:
- Initiate contact with prospective customers, clearly articulating the value proposition of DEVOIDA and MEDOIDA solutions.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target organizations.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients’ technical challenges and requirements, and recommending tailored solutions.
- Technical Consultation & Product Demonstrations:
- Provide detailed product demonstrations (in-person and virtual) and technical presentations that address client needs and highlight product capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to respond to complex inquiries and deliver accurate, timely product information.
- Opportunity Management & Deal Closure:
- Qualify leads, effectively manage the sales pipeline, and prioritize opportunities to accelerate the sales cycle.
- Develop persuasive proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and lead contract discussions to finalize agreements.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets, meeting monthly and quarterly performance goals.
- Market Feedback & Strategic Input:
- Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development and marketing teams for continuous improvement of DEVOIDA and MEDOIDA offerings.
- Contribute insights on market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging customer needs to support strategic decision-making.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, contacts, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for management review.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a technical or B2B environment.
- Demonstrated success in cold calling, pipeline development, and deal closure.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and articulate the features and benefits of complex products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving results.
- Proficiency with CRM software, sales enablement tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as required.
