Key Account Manager | CONCRYT | Spain
We’re on the lookout for a Key Account Manager for Business Development Acquiring to drive strategic growth by managing relationships with our key clients—merchants. This role is central to building partnerships, identifying opportunities, and ensuring the success of our acquiring solutions.
As a key player in our Business Development team, you’ll collaborate with merchants to develop tailored solutions, negotiate partnerships, and play a pivotal role in scaling our acquiring services in a retention process of our merchants.

Your responsibilities:
- Developing and managing relationships with key merchants across diverse industries, ensuring their success with our acquiring solutions.
- Conducting in-depth research and analysis on industry trends, merchant needs, and competitive landscape to identify and capitalize on new opportunities with current merchants.
- Leading negotiations for strategic partnerships, pricing structures, and service agreements with merchants.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for merchants, providing exceptional service and ensuring smooth onboarding, integration, and ongoing support.
- Collaborating with internal teams (Product, Legal, Compliance, Analytics, Finance and Tech) to deliver innovative acquiring solutions that align with merchant needs.
- Continuously identifying areas for improvement in processes and features to enhance the merchant experience and drive growth.

Requirements:
- 2–3 years experience in business development, account management, or sales within the payments space.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with merchants.
- Proven negotiation and deal-closing expertise with a focus on delivering mutual value.
- Knowledge of payment solutions and acquiring services, including experience working with financial products.
- Proficiency level of communication in English (Russian as well, but no need to mention it in the public vacancy).
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to break down complex problems and derive actionable insights from data.
- Proactive and result-oriented approach, with a passion for driving growth and creating impact.

Nice to Have:
- Experience in a fast-paced environment like a start-up, tech company, or financial institution.
- A background in acquiring, consulting, or other client-facing roles that involves financial products and services.
- Basic understanding of technical integration processes in online payments field is an advantage.
